The EXISTING CONTRACT governs all policies for payments and refunds. Those policies stated here are taken from a typical contract and are accurate at the time of writing this summary. This summary DOES NOT supersede any provisions of the signed contract.

Refund Policy: ALL AMOUNTS PAID ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. The unit rentals may be prorated and paid down to a daily rate, however once paid, the rental is NOT REFUNDABLE.

Your payments will be posted within two business days. The terms and conditions for payment application and refunds are as defined in your rental agreement.


The privacy and security of personal information is very important to us at Your Stuff.

At Your Stuff, we believe that it is important to protect the privacy of our customers, as well as the privacy of visitors to our web site. We know that you care about how your personal information is collected, updated, used and shared.

The Privacy and Security Policy (the "Privacy Policy") outlines how we collect, use and protect your personal information as you interact with us directly, by phone, by SMS text messaging, online and through our customer service and sales reps, storage advisors and managers. This Privacy Policy applies to You Stuff's operations in Canada and to its website located at Your Stuff, even if they are linked to the site.

By using our services and/or our web site, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information by Your Stuff consistent with this Privacy Policy and applicable privacy and data protection laws.

Your Stuff collects information that you provide to us or that we learn about you from the use of our web site. We receive and store information you enter on or give to us in other ways. For example, you may provide information to us when you make a reservation for our storage services, speak with one of our representatives at our physical locations or by telephone, enter into a lease/rental agreement with us, use our site to "move in" to your leased space with us, use automatic bill pay or go online to make a payment on your account, order moving and packing supplies, rent a truck from us, make customer service request or inquiry, exchange an SMS with us, or apply for a job with us, As a result of those actions, you might supply us with such information as your name, address, phone number, email address, payment card information, Social Security number, driver's license, insurance coverage information, service or product references, and your employment history. We also automatically receive and store certain types of information whenever you visit our site. We might also receive information about you from other sources, such as in communicating with you regarding special offers that we think will be of interest to you, and we may add that information to the information we collected about you.


We use information we have collected from you to provide you with our storage and other services, to respond to customer inquiries and complaints, to maintain and collect payment on your account with us, to enforce your agreements with us, and to provide you with marketing and promotional information about products and services we believe are of interest to you. If Your Stuff should ever file for bankruptcy or merge with another company, or if Your Stuff should decide to buy, sell or reorganize part of all of its business, Your Stuff may be required to disclose your personal information to prospective or actual purchasers or receive personal information from sellers. It is Your Stuff's practice to seek appropriate protection for information disclosed or received in these types of transactions. Your Stuff cannot, however, guarantee that Your Stuff's Privacy Policy will remain unchanged if Your Stuff is sold or merges with another company.

Your Stuff collects and uses personal information from you in several other ways:

Web site usage. Your Stuff, and/or Your Stuff's authorized service providers may observe your activities, preferences, and transactional data (such as your IP address, browser type and operating system) relating to your use of our web site. While we may collect or log this information, we generally do not identify you or match this information with your other personal information. We may use this collected or logged information in order to provide better service, facilitate our customers' use of the web site, track usage of the web site, and to address security hazards. Your Stuff, or one of our authorized service providers, also may use this information to track aggregate traffic patterns throughout our web site. We may use aggregated, statistical information to describe our customer audience, products and services, and to develop partnerships with third parties to offer products and services in which we believe our customers will be interested.

Online and Off-line Transactions. You may be asked to share personal information in order to complete a transaction and when you use our web site. For example, when you order a Your Stuff service or product by phone or otherwise, you may be asked for information needed to complete your order, contact you to confirm the order, and provide related customer service. This information is used, for example, to effect your transactions, create and share aggregate reports about these transactions, and perform financial fraud screening services for transactions between you and Your Stuff and/or our authorized service providers. For certain transactions, such as online bill payment, we will assist you in creating a user id and password to protect your account information with us.

Recruitment and Job Applications. You may provide us with personal information, such as that contained on a resume, job application, telephone employment enquiry, or curriculum vitae, in connection with a job application or inquiry. We may use this information throughout Your Stuff offices in Canada for the purpose or employment consideration for your enquiry. We may keep you information on file for future consideration.


Children under 13 should not send and information about themselves to Your Stuff. If a child under 13 submits information through any part of Your Stuff's web site or otherwise provides such information to Your Stuff, and we learn that the person submitting the information is a child, we will make a good faith attempt to delete this information as soon as possible. We make no guarantee that we will be able to find or delete this information, Because we do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, we do not use or disclose such information to third parties.


Our internal data security policies restrict access to customers' personal information to authorized employees, agents and subcontractors with a "need to know," and we train such persons on the protection of your information. These persons may use our customers' personal information for Your Stuff business purposes only.
